When will my order be shipped?
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage for most domestic orders. Delivery time varies based on your shipping zone and the time of year. Please allow extra time for shipping during busy times, such as the holiday season.
International shipping is normally sent via USPS First Class International or via a shipping partner, which can take anywhere from 6 - 35 days to arrive, depending on your country's customs process. You may need to check with your local post office to clear any customs, as we do not have any control over a package once it is shipped.

What's your return policy?
We do not offer returns, as the majority of our products are made to order. If you have a major issue, such as receiving the wrong item or a print issue, please email us with your order number, state what the problem is with your item, and send pictures. If we determine that there was indeed an error, we will work on getting a replacement out to you as soon as possible.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments via our shop platform. It’s safe and encrypted, so you can feel secure when placing orders on our site. If you prefer to order via Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle, please contact us directly to see if that is an option in your area.
