Next, cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice over the paper in a circular, counterclockwise motion while clearly stating what you wish to release or remove from your life. Repeat this process a total of three times.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce finished, fold the paper in half, folding away from your body. Turn the paper 90 degrees and fold it again. Repeat this process two more times, always folding away from yourself.
